Customer Project Manager

Job Summary

• Main purpose of the job is to manage the supply and installation of multisupplier projects in the Hospitality area.
• To lead and to organize the projects and the teams
• Reporting to the Service Manager in vienna

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Solution deployment for customers (including SW, relevant HW and services).
• Describe responsibility/performance criteria.
• Coordination with the partner companies as well as HW and SW suppliers (supply chain)
• Manage and resolve service issues logged by customers and partners on deuromedia products and contribute to proactive support activities according to product support strategy and model
• Goal is to have a satisfied customer with a smoothly running Solution
• The results are measured in terms of customer satisfaction

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Engineering background and skills in Unix, IP Networking, Operation systems, IT Administration
• Language requirements: English, german
• Special knowledge: Technical Support experience is an advantage
• A University degree preferable in - engineering, high technical affinity
• Project Management skills and experience based on international Standards (preferable ITIL)
• Negotiation skills with customers and partners
• English language mandatory, German language is an advantage
• Good communication skills (in negotiations, meetings, presentations and one2one)
• Know how to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Problem solving skills: gathering information, evaluating options, and offering good solutions
• Availability to work abroad on customer sites minimum half of the year

Credentials and Qualifications

• Desired minimum education: engineering degrees
• Desired minimum experience: 2 years in System administration and 2 years in project management
